Soooooo I hear through the grapevine you’re looking for an awesome wedding photographer?! Well howdy, my name’s Lesley and I take pictures. I’m pretty chilled to be around and I adore spending all day with my couples, capturing the happiest day of their life. Seriously, what could be better?! There will no doubt be lots of laughter, hugs, smiling, tears, wine and dancing. I’m pretty good at all of those, especially giving hugs when needed and belly laughs with guests.
In case you didn’t know, I’m Proud Cabaret’s preferred wedding photographer as well as The Grand Hotel in Brighton’s preferred wedding, event and conference photographer, whoop! Here’s some info about my current photography offers. My Facebook page is pretty much kept up to date with all things Infinity and other random stuff.
My ideal couple? If you’re in love, it doesn’t matter. From registry office to barn blessings, I cover them all. I love to connect with my couples beforehand so on the day itself, you and your guests completely relax and your photos will totally show this. I especially adore getting in the thick of things on the dance floor capturing those crazy moves! I only offer an all day package as I have learnt over the years it’s really important to spend the entire day and evening with you.
I’ve been around long enough to know when to be sociable and when to disappear into the background. I’ve never taken too long taking photos and work with your venue to make sure everything happens on time.
My aim is to capture photographs throughout your wedding day with minimal intrusion, blending natural, relaxed images seamlessly with traditional entourage and family shots (if you want them) then onto the evening celebrations. My photography style has evolved greatly over the years and I am passionate about capturing every little detail of your day without being annoying of course!
The vast majority of my couples always tell me ‘I can’t remember you being there at all”. This sentence makes me smile. Big much.
Should you book me, I normally end up being so much more than your photographer on the day too; taking labels off things, hugs for anyone emotional, making sure the entourage eats before they leave for the ceremony, tying cravats, pinning on button holes (traditionally Ladies’ flowers go on the right did you know?) … just helping with the little things that I know will make your day go smoothly.
Here are some photos from my Pop Up Studio which we normally set up when your room is being turned around for your evening celebrations. Guests love dressing up with the props and available room of the Pop Up Studio.
I also own app called Jaunty Twig. Yes, it’s true! Jaunty Twig allows your guests to take and share photos on the app which are then projected/displayed LIVE at your wedding venue (after moderation). It provides a fantastic focal point at your evening celebration and you receive a complete copy of everything post wedding. There is also an optional Electronic Guestbook and Video Messages.
Here’s some photos shared by guests at a previous wedding.
I also own this magnificent beauty. Her name is Lucy and she is a fully automated Vintage Caravan Photo Booth. Available to hire for weddings, festivals and events, I promise you she will delight your guests!
I have a simple pricing structure and I’m more than happy to discuss alternatives if you have certain requirements for your photography, whether home or abroad. Please contact me for a price list. Multiple discount is available should you decide to book me for your wedding photography, Pop Up Studio, Jaunty Twig and/or Lucy.
I highly recommend that we meet up for an initial, no-obligation chat to discuss your requirements regardless. I’m always happy to bring along one of my babies (aka as a Digital SLR Camera) for an impromptu couple shoot! The meeting will allow us to meet each other in person (very important in my book) and answer any questions you may have. I know that choosing and investing in a wedding photographer is a difficult decision and I hope I can provide you with valuable, unbiased advice towards making your choice.
